Brantley is 7 months old!

It's hard to believe Brantley is already 7 months old! He is growing up so fast and we are having so much fun! On another note- I definetly have a praise! My washing machine is now fixed and after 3 weeks of not being able to do laundry I'm surely excited to be doing it now! thank you Yaya for doing our laundry while I couldn't- You saved us!!

Happy 90th Birthday Mutti!

Happy Birthday Mutti! Ich liebe dich! We had an awesome party day- even though it was a little chilly! It didn't end on such a great note when my lille brother hit a deer on the way home, but thank you God he wasn't hurt at all. Then we had a fun night staying at the "green shirt's" house!!

The parade!

The boys had lots of fun riding in their 1st parade and throwing out lots of candy!

The gang's all here! well, about half of us!

This is one load of us riding behind Mutti and Papa

Daddy and Brantley (Brantley rode in the clothes basket through his first parade and loved every minute of it!)

After the parade we went to the little fair and our "floats" won 1st place! It was an awesome day!

These are pictures from the scotts Hill appreciation days parade. Mutti and Papa, my wonderful grandparents, were the grand marshalls. They have a really cool story about their trek from Russia to Tenneesse. It is an amazing story of faith, love, and hard work. Their story was featured in the Jackson Sun and the Tennessean

I figured it out!

Blake taking a bite out of his bubblegum cake!

Getting ready for Halloween

My two star Wars dudes fighting with their light sabers!

Our new turtle, Rocky Top

He got his name when we were talking about how to take care of him and we were going to put a rock in a pan of water for him and Blake said, "But Momma, He has already got a rock on top" (as he was patting his back talking about the turtle's shell)

Well, I didn't get the pictures on here exactly right, they were supposed to be at the end a couple of them disappeared, but I'll get it figured out soon.

I forgot how to get on here and my password- but I figured it out!! Yay! I am downloading pictures now- 314 from the last three weeks!! What an exciting 3 weeks it has been. Brantley is now 6 months old, we had Mutti and Papa's parade, and my Blakey is 5 years old!!! I can't believe it! He is such a big boy, and he is just amazing! He has gotten quite funny in his old age of 5! And what a birthday he had! It started at about 4 am when our house alarm went off and I just started screaming (the only way I know how to handle anything!!!) Finally, after about 2 seconds that seemed like 2 minutes Ben woke up and then my little brother whowas spending the night with us woke up and we checked the house out. We found nothing and we were pretty calm I was even looking up the sherriff's phone number in the phone book instead of calling 911. Then we heard it- a noise in the attic! It sounded like someone was walking around and we went into panic mode!! Calling 911 and hiding out. Then the police got here (He looked like "The Pacifier") and checked out the house and the conclusion was that there was a raccoon on our roof that the police saw hightailing it out of our backyard when they got here. Then we had to go back to sleep- yeah right! Then the real birhtday festivities started and Yaya was at our house bright and early surprising Blake with his favorite donuts and Blake got to open his presents- a new bike and a clone trooper helmet and gun were his favorites. Then the five of us headed out to Shelby farms for a picnic and some bike riding! I was a little over zealous and got us on the 3 mile trail through the woods- we ended up having to stop and wait for ben to go get the car, but we had fun!! Then home for dinner and cake and poor Braden ended up getting sick and he spent the evening laying on the couch asleep with a bucket! Poor baby. Blake and I had fun making a bubblegum ice cream cake- that was awesome- no more Baskin Robbins cake for us! It was a great day! Happy Birthday my sweet Blake! I love you! I will post pictures when I figure it out.
- Now one of those sweet moments that make motherhood just awesome. My little Braden just woke up from his nap and came and crawled up in my lap, like he does every day, and gave me one of those super sweet sleepy hugs and just sits here in my lap and then he says "Mommy, fix me somethin' to eat"(like bubblegum or chocolate milk) like only Braden can say it- he is my junk food junkie!! and he does this everyday! He is so precious! Well, this is getting long- I'm going to try to get some pictures on here and tell about Mutti and Papa's parade!!
